Please join us on October 3rd at the Tuskeegee Pavilion in Okeeheelee Park. Please use the RSVP Category to note how many will be attending the picnic. Please bring your favorite side dish to share with others. You can sign up to bring more than one item, if desired. Dishes can be Octoberfest faire, if desired. There is a category to tell us if you are bringing a keg of beer to share at the picnic. You will need to bring a picnic tap if you would like to be included in the club serving set-up, otherwise, please bring your own serving system. The Club will be providing Brats, burgers (beef, & non-beef options) and the rolls and condiments. We are requesting a $5 donation to cover the cost of the ice. We need a headcount for proper food planning, so please sign up by Thursday, October 1st * * If providing a dish, please present it by 12:00 PM. Food Service will start at 12:30 PM. To register, click on "Take" under an available line and follow the instructions. You will be contacted only once after registration, 2 days prior to the picnic to remind you of the event.
