Notes from Cameron Doxey . . . 1504 Potluck - Organized by 1504 RSL's Important Notes: Food Arrival: Please bring your dishes to the common area of 1504 Residence Hall by 8:30 PM so we have enough time to set everything up before the event officially starts. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: We want to ensure everyone can enjoy the potluck safely. Please label your dish with any common allergens it may contain (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten) and indicate if it is vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free. If you have any specific dietary restrictions or allergies, it's a good idea to check the labels and ask about ingredients. Serving Utensils: Bring any serving utensils needed for your dish. We'll have some extra on hand, but having your own helps keep things running smoothly. Containers: If possible, use disposable containers or be prepared to take your dish and any leftover containers home with you. Clean-Up: Everyone will help with clean-up after the event. Students will assist in tidying up, including clearing any leftover food, cleaning up spills, and putting away dishes. RSVP: Please let us know if you're planning to attend and what dish you're bringing so we can ensure a good variety of food and manage any dietary needs.
