Hi Everyone!

Thank you SO much for volunteering to feed our teachers & staff during their busy conference night!

We will be feeding about 40 teachers & admins, so please make sure your dish will serve enough based on your food choice. There are a couple of recipes linked below, but feel free to use your own recipes or purchase from a store!

Please begin dropping your items in the Teacher's Lounge as early 3:30pm on Thursday, October 14th, and no later than 4:45pm, as the teachers arrive at 5pm to eat. The dinner lasts until 7pm, at which time you can pick up your serving dishes/utensils. Feel free to use disposable to cut down on clean up post-event!

If you are unable to pick up your items that evening, please label them so they don't get picked up by mistake.

If you need to drop off items earlier in the day, or if you need to use the refrigerator/freezer, please coordinate with Brooke Hamilton in the front office to arrange a drop off time that is convenient for you. Please remember to label the food/drink items so that they don't get eaten or removed by mistake.
