Notes from Sentinel PAC . . . Dear Sentinel parents and guardians: It is a tradition to show our appreciation to all teachers and staff with the year-end Sentinel Staff Appreciation Luncheon which will be held Tuesday, June 24th, 2025 this year! Our theme this year is "Oh Canada". Please kindly arrange to drop off your donated food items at the school office on June 24th between 10:30-11:30am. When you sign up for a category, please include your email and phone number. You can sign-up for more than 1 category, Please LABEL all dishes/containers with a piece of masking tape on the bottom with your name and phone number if you want them returned. They will be available for pick-up after 3pm or the next day at the office. **Items that contain NUTS, please label and write in RED - CONTAIN NUTS** and items that are "GLUTEN-FREE" and "VEGETARIAN" please also label as such. We are serving over 100 staff and unless noted otherwise, each food item provided should SERVE 20 PEOPLE. Decorating set-up volunteers will be helping at the library on Monday (June 23rd) 3:00-4:30pm. The event day set-up volunteers will help to setup all the food from 10:30am-12:00pm. There is always a need for clean-up volunteers to clean and wrap up any leftover food and put it away in the staff lounge fridge from 2:15-3:00pm. If you are going away early on holidays, we are happy to accept monetary donations towards small "THANK YOU" gift-cards for all Sentinel staff for their hard work and support for our kids. You may contribute via: 1) E-transfer to SentinelPAC@gmail.com or 2) Cash or cheque payable to Sentinel PAC (please sealed in an envelope and mark "Staff Luncheon").
