Creamy Chicken Rice Casserole
3 cups chicken broth
2 - 10.5oz cream of celery soup
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 chicken breasts, cubed
2 cups rice, uncooked
1 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 375F and grease 9x13 pan. In bowl, mix broth, soup, and butter until smooth. Add Chicken, rice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme to bowl and combine. Pour mixture into pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes or until rice and chicken are fully cooked. Remove foil and sprinkle top of casserole with cheese. Bake uncovered for 10 more minutes.

Strawberry Cake with Chocolate FrostingPlease use a box mix of any brand strawberry cake and top with any brand of chocolate frosting. Please prepare in 9x13 pan.
