Edit Notes  •  Print Notes Notes from Marcia Williams . . .

There will be three performances: one evening performance on Friday, June 13, a matinee on Saturday, June 14, and another evening performance on Saturday, June 14. Everything and everybody participating should be at the church by 5 p.m. for the evening performances, and by 12 for the matinee. The kids will have eaten before the performances. Our job is to provide snacks and drinks for the kids and the audiences afterwards. I will find out how many people we need to provide for, but I estimate upwards of 100 per performance. A bonus for parishioners helping at the church is that you will be able to watch the play - Frozen, Jr - for free. And Holy Spirit gets a cut of the proceeds! Based on last year's, you will be tired afterwards, but you will have fun.
