- Please put all items either in disposable containers or clearly labeled Tupperware (no glass please)
- All non-perishable items may be brought to the Teacher Room at West anytime during the week of Field Day
- All perishable items may be brought to school the morning of Field Day on Friday May 22nd
- Please label all containers, lids, serving utensils and coolers so we can wash them and return them to you at the end of the day on Friday 22nd.

West Student Government is providing all the hamburgers, veggie burgers, hotdogs and buns.
