Hi Everyone!
Grace Church is excited about our 2025 Thanksgiving Banquet and Service. We are looking forward to spending Sunday evening, November 16th with one another.

Please take note that this is a change to the night of the meal from past years. We will gather together to eat and give thanks to God for what he has done this past year. Please note, during the service time, there will be activities available for the children to do at the tables. There will not be official childcare available, but if you feel like you need to take your younger child out of the gym for a little bit for whatever reason, you can take them into the room directly behind the gym to the right and play with a few toys available in there you may do so. in the nursery for children 3 and under.

Thank you for being willing to bring a dish or two to share out of the abundance that the Lord has blessed us with. When you sign up to bring a dish, please include your phone number and email, but it will not be able to be seen by others in the sign up link. Providing your email is the way that we will remind you to bring the items you signed up for 3 days prior to the dinner. Also, when you sign up with your name, please put plus (+) however many other people are coming with you, whether it's friends or family. So, as an example my sign up would be: Nicolette Stephens (+6). This is so we can get an estimate of how many people to set up for at the dinner.

**Note if you choose to bring charcuterie supplies, you don't need to set them up into a charcuterie board, but PLEASE bring them to the kitchen in the morning before the church service. The "Charcuterie supplies" you need to bring are as follows: At least 3 lbs of grapes, a large bag of cheese cubes, 2 lb of baby carrots and three large cucumbers sliced up, and a bag of at least 24 rolls.

PLEASE plan to bring your food sliced/hot/ready to be served at 5:30 pm.
If you are unable to bring food for whatever reason, but you would still like to celebrate with us, please sign up at the bottom of the sign up list under the RSVP only section and indicate how many people will be attending with you.

Also, please use this event as an opportunity to invite a friend or family that you think might enjoy spending the evening with our church family! We love to see new faces and make new friends here at Grace.
