Notes from Amy Dewey . . . Our EASTER potluck meal will take place immediately following worship. HSAC will provide the ham for the meal and we are asking the church family to signup to help provide portions of the Easter meal and/or to help serve the meal. {If a group of individuals wants to split one of the items, just pick a point person to sign up for it and then divide up the responsibly however fits best for your group.} PLEASE bring whatever serving utensils are needed for your dish, as we don't keep any on hand at DCBC. We provide ONLY the paper products and eating utensils. If you are bringing a hot food item, please bring it in a slow cooker. We do not have the proper license to use the Del Cerro kitchen ovens or other cooking equipment. For cold items, you may place them in the fridge. For whichever dish you bring, you'll need to have it prepared as the serving team isn't responsible for preparing your dish. Please bring a printed or hand written label / sign for your dish so that anyone with allergies or food restrictions might know what the dish is and what allergens it includes (EX: Cheesy Potato Casserole | contains cheese + gluten). *IF all spots are filled and you have a special dish you'd like to bring to share, please feel free to do so following the same quantity and labeling guidelines. :D THANK YOU!!!! |
