Notes from Mark Pavlovich . . . There is no charge for this event, San Gabriel #89 Lodge invites the community to come and share a meal with us. There will be an auction for any smoke meats leftover. Please bring "Thawed Butcher-Trimmed" Briskets to the Lodge on Wednesday July 2 so they can be prepared for cooking on Thursday July 3, 2025. Please mark food containers with your name and phone number. Please have all food ready to serve at 5:00 p.m. Smoked sausage will be provided. Serving time: 5:00 p.m. In Lodge Dinning Room The Lodge will provide napkins, utensils, iced tea, water and coffee NOTE: College Street will be closed to all traffic at 8:00 p.m. and remained closed until the fireworks show has finished. If you plan to stay and watch the fireworks, bring a comfortable chair. Show normally starts at 9:00 pm. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL. ALCOHOL IS PROHIBITTED. |
