Notes from Paula Messer . . . Annual Holiday Potluck Dinner, open to all PBCBA Members. Please join us on December 12th for our Annual Potluck Dinner and Toy Drive. This years Holiday Pot Luck and Toy Drive will take place at an outdoor Pavillion at the Moose Lodge in Palm Beach Gardens. As usual, PBC Beekeepers will provide the meat and non-alcoholic beverages. Please bring your favorite side dish to share with others. Updated Event Details: Date: Friday, December 12, 2025 Time: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Location: Moose Lodge, Palm Beach Gardens Address: 3600 RCA Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410 Please use the following link to sign up, tell us that you are coming, and what dish you are bringin. Admission is free, but we need a headcount for proper food planning. Please sign up by Tuesday, December 9 PBCBA will provide assorted barbecue proteins, plates, cups, utensils, napkins, etc. The food categories for the Potluck are: Appetizers Salads Main Dishes Side Dishes Desserts Non Alcoholic Beverages * * If providing a dish, please present it by 5:30 PM. Dinner will start at 6:00 PM. Support a local Toy Drive by bringing a new, unwrapped toy, and get a set of 6 Free Raffle tickets (up to 3 toys per person)! Tell us the number of people in your party and select the dish category that you will bring! We will have a good time with good food. We will have an amazing assortment of raffle prizes! Anyone wanting to volunteer and help set up tables, decorations, etc., can come at 4:00 PM. Alcohol Policy: A cash bar will be available. Members can buy their own alcoholic beverages. PBCBA will not assume any responsibility for the transportation, consumption, or any consequences of alcoholic beverages brought to the event. We strongly encourage everyone to drink responsibly and make appropriate arrangements to ensure everyone's safety. |
