Notes from Sentinel PAC . . . Dear Grade 8 and 10 Sentinel Parents and Guardians: It is a tradition at Sentinel to show our appreciation to our Sentinel staff (over 100 people!) with a Holiday Luncheon. This year the Luncheon will be on Tuesday, December 17th, 2024 at 12:30pm. We need parents to make their favorite dish or donate towards appetizers, main meals, salads, desserts, drinks and more. Please sign up below! Please arrange to drop off your donated items at the school office on December 17th between 8:00-10:00am. Set-up volunteers will be setting out the food and decorating the tables between 10:00am-12:00pm, And clean-up volunteers will clean and wrap up any leftover food between 2:00-2:40pm. *** When you "Click to Sign Up" for a category, please include your email and phone #. *** Please LABEL all dishes/containers with a piece of masking tape on the bottom with your name and phone number if you want them returned. They will be available for pick-up outside the office after 3:00pm that day. **For Items that are vegetarian or contain nuts or are gluten free, please label "VEGETARIAN" or "CONTAINS NUTS" or "GLUTEN FREE" Unless noted otherwise, each food item provided should SERVE 20 PEOPLE! You can sign-up for more than 1 category. The more the merrier! We also appreciate monetary donations: Please e-transfer to SentinelPAC@gmail.com or cash/ cheque payable to Sentinel PAC (please sealed in an envelope and mark Christmas Teachers/staff appreciation Luncheon).
