Notes from Kandis Kowalski . . . READ CAREFULLY... * Only people that contribute to the potluck get to enjoy the meal. * Your contribution should serve 8 to 12 or equivalent value. * Doubles or triples of the same things are good. There are over 300 people attending. * Read description by the title. * Have your food dishes and serving utensils labeled with your name and delivered to serving area on time: 5:30pm for cold items, 5:45 for hot. * Provide your own beverages, dishes, utensils * Clean up your area after eating and use the recycling and garbage bins provided. ^ If your dish contains nuts or seafood, please label stating what kind * Please take your food back to your trailer and store it safely or dispose of it, we will not be storing it. There will be pails for the landowner to feed leftovers to their livestock |
