Notes from Kristen Kim . . . Troop 664 is having the June Court of Honor Potluck on Friday, June 13, 2025. It will be held at MTA Rec 6, at 95-1010 Konaku Street. The Program is set to begin at 7pm. If you are volunteering to help set-up, please arrive at 6pm. The facility needs to be vacated no later than 10pm, so we are aiming to finish with the clean up by 9:30pm. TASK: Please sign up to bring a dish to share. Important: To help with estimates for how much food families should plan to bring and how many tables and chairs to set up, please add the number of people attending (including your scout) next to your scout's name in parentheses. Example: Max Villanueva (4). Remember to bring a serving utensil with your potluck dish. We will send out a reminder email one week prior to the CoH with reminders and an estimated head count received to help with planning purposes. Lastly, the troop committee is kindly requesting for ALL FAMILIES to assist with cleanup, takedown, and to return all equipment, tables, and chairs to proper storage or rightful owners. Thank you! |
