Notes from TIMUQUA FALL CAMP O REE CREW . . . We're racing toward an awesome Fall Camp-O-Ree, and we need every unit on the starting line to help us build a giant Finish Line Charcuterie Spread for aprox. 250 people! To make sure we cross the finish line with plenty of food and a great variety, we are asking for each unit to sign up for THREE itemstotal, choosing ONE from EACH category. Meats and Cheeses PICK 1 Crackers, Breads and Baked Treats PICK 1 Fruits and Vegetables PICK 1 The sign up is divided this way to help spread the cost and responsibility evenly among our participating units. Have a Bigger Pit Crew? If your unit is bringing a larger group, please feel free to sign up for additional items. This will help lighten the load for our smaller units, while still makings sure we have plenty for everyone. Please bring the quanity listed for each item you select (or more). Everything should arrive ready to eat and ready to serve. Fruits and Vegetables washed and cut as needed, meats and cheeses should be sliced or cubed and baked goods should be individually portioned or bite sized. Every unit plays a part in getting us across the finish line. Thank you for helping us fuel the race and feed our Camp-O-Ree Crew. |
