Cheeseburger and Fries Casserole
2lbs lean ground beef
1 (10.75oz) can condensed mushroom soup
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 (10.75oz) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
salt and pepper to taste
1 (16oz) bag frozen French fries
garlic powder to taste
2c shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375F. Combine goundĀ beef and onion in skillet over medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink. Drain excess grease and season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Return to heat and add both cans of soups until well blended. Transfer to 9x13 pan. Cover beef mixture with a layer of frozen fries. Bake for 25-30min or when fries are golden brown. Sprinkle cheese over top and return to oven until cheese has melted.

Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Frosting
Please use a box mix of any brand chocolate cake and top with any brand of vanilla frosting. Please prepare in 9x13 pan.
