St. Jude Chicago to Peoria Run 2025

The Chicago to Peoria St. Jude runners are going to be making a stop in Roanoke once again to eat and swim on August 2nd. They have asked if we would be willing to provide food for the runners on their stop. It is such a treat for them to stop so they can eat and get refreshed for the last leg of the run into Peoria. The plan is for them to arrive at the park around 9:00 AM (subject to change based on how the run is going). If you could please have your food to the park by 8:00 AM, that would be greatly appreciated. In case of rain, the food will be served out of the park building.
The runners plan to throw candy to the kids when they enter the park, so it would be great to see the town come out and support the runners by cheering them on holding up signs.
