Potluck Sign-Up – Let's Share a Meal! (Scroll to the very end to add yours!)

We're planning food for 80 guests, so please bring enough to share based on the category below. Sign up under one or more sections, and if your favorite dish isn't listed—add it! We welcome variety and cultural flair.
Bring dishes in foil pans or trays for easy serving. Label dishes.
Note: No shellfish or nut dishes.

Appetizers & Starters (Each dish should serve 20-30 people)
e.g.: 40 to 60 mini-items (e.g., spring rolls, samosas, puff puff), Salads or platters: 1 large tray or bowl

• Fresh fruits platter
• Spring rolls (Vegetable, Chicken)
• Samosas (Vegan, chicken or beef)
• Dumplings
• Puff Puff
• Mini Sandwiches or Sliders (chicken salad, veggie, ham & cheese)
• Chips, dips, or spreads
• Light salads
• Plantains (light fried or grilled version)

Main Dishes (Each dish should serve around 10-20 people)

• Chicken pieces( e.g. drumsticks, wings, thighs, or tenders, or mixed. Fried, grilled or baked)
• Fish (Grilled, Baked, or Fried – Fillets) suggested amount: 20-25 fillets
• Other Protein mains
• Rice dishes:
o Jollof Rice (1 Large Tray) Total needed: 3 Trays
o Fried Rice (1 Large Tray) Total needed: 2 Large Trays
o Biryani ( beef, chicken, vegetable)
• Noodle based dishes
• Pasta bakes, casseroles, or lasagna
• Stews, curries, or cultural mains
• Vegetarian or vegan entrees
• Pizza (Assorted - Veggie, Meat, cheese etc.)

Side Dishes ( Each dish should serve 10-20 people)

• Roasted or steamed vegetables
• Corn on the Cob (boiled or grilled, cut in halves)
• Breads (garlic bread or naan, rolls etc.)
• Cornbread
• Fried or grilled Plantains
• Pasta Salad (Italian-style, creamy, or pesto etc.)
• Coleslaw
• Mixed Green Salad (with dressing on the side)
• Potato Salad (classic, vegan, or herbed)
• Chickpea or Lentil Salad

Desserts (Should serve at least 20 people)
(e.g. Example: 24 mini cupcakes or brownies, Fruit salad: 1 large bowl, Pastries/cakes 20–25 bite-sized servings)

• Bite-sized treats or baked goods
• Cakes(slices)
• Mini Cupcakes
• Brownies
• Cookies (chocolate chip, oatmeal, vegan options)
• Fruit Salad
• Mini doughnuts
• Mini Tarts

Beverages (We need a variety to keep everyone refreshed)
• Bottled water (24-pack or more)
• Juice
• Iced tea( sweetened or unsweetened)
• Lemonade
• Pop ( Coke/Pepsi/Canada Dry etc. Total needed: 100 cans)
• Fruit-infused or flavored water
