FIESTA CHICKEN SERVES 12

INGREDIENTS
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts, frozen or thawed, (around 1.5 lbs)
2 (15 1/2 ounce cans) black beans, drained and rinsed
2 (15 ounce cans) corn, drained
2 (15 ounce) jars of your favorite salsa
1 packet taco seasoning
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Take 8 frozen or thawed boneless chicken breasts- put into crock pot. Pour the drained black beans, corn, salsa, and taco seasoning on top of chicken. Keep in crock pot on low for about 4-5 hours or until chicken is cooked. Once it is cooked, take chicken out and shred it. Return shredded chicken to the crockpot.
2. Add the cream cheese (just throw it on top!) and let sit for about 1/2 hour. It may look at little strange at this point. Don't worry. Stir in the softened cream cheese.
